About Kaylee
I am here to inspire others to live the best version of themselves!! And I do this by teaching yoga. I've been teaching for almost a year and have been certified to teach for almost 5 years. I have 460hrs RYT certifications and will be doing another training soon. I'm looking forward to inspiring you! Namaste!
I actually dropped out of college to teach yoga full time!
I have a 200hr RYT that I received in Costa Rica and then a couple of years later I receive another 260hr training through Corepower Yoga.

My process is taking time to chat prior to the class about what the students goals are in their fitness routine and then I ask them if they would like to work on anything specific for the next hour...such as a flow or more of a restorative class. Or even flowing to open the shoulders or hips.
My students have ranged from young to old. It's been amazing to see all ages practice yoga!!
Do your research! Make sure that you vibe with your teacher and can connect with them. It's important to have a bond with the person who's helping to better your life.
I've recently attended Wanderlust 108 and it was a huge community of yogis and like minded people. It felt amazing to be surrounded by love and yoga!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Have you had any previous injuries? If so what? Do you currently have pain? And where? Are you looking to focus on toning your body or meditating? Are you willing to continue your yoga practice on and off the mat?
