About Rachel
Yoga Where You Go is curated for those who want to be better. No matter the level , all you need is the desire and you can do it . My training comes from The Trap Yoga Studio which makes my classes unique and fun with a mix of trap and meditation music. Let your body flow like the sea.
Yoga is such an underrated tool that I love to teach . Yoga is a progressive practice that allows you to go deep with in, each sessions it's different and opens something up inside of you. I enjoy being able to be apart of someone's journey to greatness and awakening through their practice .
I am a registered 200 hr yoga teacher with yoga alliance. I have been teaching for a little over a year and now and have been practice for over 7.

When I first start working with a new student I learn about their goals for their practice on and off the mat , any past experience with yoga/meditation , past injuries, and learn a little bit about them. They will also sign a waiver .
I have worked with all types of students. From kids ages 3-12, teenagers, adults , and senior citizens .
Find some one you are comfortable with and ask questions. If you want to know something then ask, you have the right .
