About Nadia

Wellness is our birthright and so is Joy. Through offering private Wellness coaching in the areas of yoga and lifestyle design, I wish to assist my clients in feeling empowered to create a way of being that gives access to a life filled with wellness and joy. Sessions are both restorative and challenging, designed to meet you wherever you are. My philosophy in my yoga teaching is, “mental flexibility before physical flexibility," my Wellness coaching style focuses on the mental expansion before physical action. The emotional, feeling, energetic, and physical bodies are all acknowleded in the transformation process; be it coaching or yoga. The objective is to recharge. Wellness is our birthright, and should be a lifestyle. It is my privilege to share a space where together we can design and begin to cultivate a life filled with vitality for You! What I enjoy most about what I do is witnessing the profound relationship people develop with themselves and the understanding that change is achieved at their own pace. I enjoy how uniquely textured people are in their essence and that every client has a unique story. It is a privilege to be invited to work with people who are fearless and open to my coaching and witness their pure joy when they begin to create magical and profound shifts in their life. I started working as a yoga instructor at a high school. After seeing the powerful impact on the students; who were mostly boys, I decided to get certified and have never looked back.

I have over 10 years teaching experience and certified Kemetic Yoga Instructor.

I am a self-empowerment coach trained with Landmark Education.

I am a trained and Certified Life and Wellness-Coach.

About the lesson

I will provide a questionnaire for client to fill out as to get to know them better. A phone consultation will follow and provide and opportunity to meet and get more related. Skype session is dedicated to coaching designed to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

I work with infants all the way through seniors. I do massage therapy for babies, toddler and preschool yoga, yoga in schools for 1st through 12th graders, and yoga with adults. I've had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. More importantly, I've had the invaluable opportunity to work with individuals that have a variety of physical and emotional challenges, such as arthritis, cerebral palsy, scoliosis, uterine fibroid cysts, depression, addiction and anxiety. In addition to conducting group and private instruction, I've had the privilege of sharing the craft of yoga with numerous communities and populations such as, businesses (corporate), high schools, the juvenile justice system, and group-homes.

Hour Session: 60-minute Private Yoga or Wellness CoachingSession tailored to your needs based on a brief email survey prior to the session. Cost $75.

Month of Wellness: 4 sessions, delivered weekly or biweekly, each 60 minutes. This package includes a home practice guide, developed specifically for the student. Cost $270.

Total Mind-Body Wellness Package: 12 weeks of private yoga sessions, plus 3 months of one-on-one coaching. My best offer includes 12, 60-minute private yoga sessions combined with 3 months of holistic life coaching focused on improving your health and happiness through mindfulness & mindset techniques and lifestyle design.
