About Steffani
I am passionate about healing! Whether through yoga, meditation or Reiki, I create a safe space to travel inward exploring the depths of your soul. I teach Chakra Yoga to beginners and intermediates. I also offer education and Reiki atunements.
My own healing journey lead me to many “alternative” practices. Their effectiveness in my life lead me to want to share these options with others.
I am a Reiki Master and also possess a Yoga Teacher RYT-200 training certificate. In addition, I have training in Therapeutic Yoga, Crystal Reiki and Crystal Healing.

I always begin by speaking to a new client and getting a feel for their intention for the work they are requesting. This way I can fully personalize the session to maximize the benefit to the client.
I have worked with all types of students. All ages, sizes, athletic abilities. Some who want to heal and some who want to loose weight. All types of people.
Find a teacher you feel comfortable with. It is important that the teacher’s basic values align with yours.
