We love helping people achieve their fitness goals and transforming their minds and bodies through my different approach techniques to fitness.
I was introduced to pilates and yoga through my corporate job. I loved the way it made me feel and want to share that experience with others. I was giving freelance PT sessions at the gym and After leaving my job I decided to get certified.

All level welcomed!
I would look for someone who has the passion and who cares about their clients. I would be leary of someone who is only after the money and doesn't follow up, or give you a proper plan to meet your goals.
All of my students have transformed their minds and their bodies. Fitness has become a major part of their daily activites.

"I have been training with Steven for several months now and find him to be very professional, supportive and motivational.
The sessions are tough but enjoyable. With Steven's help and support I completed my first half marathon and I'm feeling fitter and gaining confidence. Also I love that Steven meets me at 4:30 am and when he is not available he will send me a video, skype in and watch me in real time and help me.
I would recommend Steven's Workouts To Go to anyone."View more recommendations
