About TRACEY
It is our mission to honor and embrace all who enter the doors of Inspiring Actions, Yoga Studio & Wellness Center. We are committed to walking with you on a journey to a balanced mind, body and spirit. Our goal is to inspire you to take positive actions that will help you heal, grow and discover a new, stronger, more balanced you in every aspect of your life. We offer our students high quality yoga taught by compassionate and skilled instructors in an intimate, friendly studio environment. In addition, our wellness center offers a variety of services to feed your spirit, nurture your body and free your mind, including; massage therapy, nutritional counseling, Reiki, energy healing, aromatherapy, meditation and more. Inspiring Actions is dedicated to extending the balance of body, mind and spirit into our communities with our Corporate On Site Program and our Karma Yoga Programs including
At Inspiring Actions we don’t just work ‘out’ we also work ‘in’. It is our heart-felt goal that each yoga class and wellness center visit will provide an opportunity for you to deepen your sense of balance in body, mind and spirit. And in that focused, intentional experience you will, through the physical practice of hatha and vinyasa yoga, also re-create your body, your strength, and you!
Our Mom’s get the credit for our core values. As children we were told “treat others the way you want to be treated”. That is your experience from the moment you walk into Inspiring Actions. Not only are shoes left at the door, so are egos. We truly honor your presence and are here to serve you. Your time here is a gift you give yourself; we simply help you wrap it.
