About Jessica
Strong and Skinny Fitness is a mobile personal training studio. We come straight to your door with all the equipment, motivation, and creativity to give you a one hour workout that really only takes an hour!
I get to help people, all day long. And if I can't help someone, I usually know someone who can and offer a referral. I also get to wear yoga pants to work. That's always good.
I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Brooklyn Center, MN in 2008. I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and I am a certified yoga teacher with YogaFit. I am also certified in Group Fitness and Senior Fitness with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA)

We start with a complimentary consultation. This is not a workout, it is simply a meet and greet to make sure that I am a good fit for you. Next we move on to a complimentary session. This is a "try before you buy" and will take about 45 minutes. At the end of the session, you get to decide if you want to continue on with me. At that time, we will set up your sessions and your payment.
