About Lorraine

I provide personalised yoga plans for individual or groups.

This includes yoga for :

- sore muscles

- relaxation

- flexibility

- strength

- resilience

- body part specific focus

I work flexibly, able to provide a home practice or in a shared communal space .

I love seeing people find enjoyment and peace after they reap the benefits of a yoga practice.

I particularly like working with beginners as it is a beautiful journey to follow and obtain testimonials of the immediate wellbeing felt even after a session.

After completing my yoga teacher training, I started conducting classes for friends , family, and a few short sequences on social media .

My Trainee Yoga Instructor journey started in 2017, however the time was not quite right for me then, having started a new job and still seeking grounding in that professional realm. After 3 months, I took a break from Yoga Teacher Training. I did however continued my personal practice.

In September 2018 I took the leap again and registered for another 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course, alongside my full time job in Adult Social Care, until January 2019, when I took the decision to take a break from social work.

My professional vocational trajectory may change paths, however yoga is and always will be constant.

I may not be the most, bendy, trendy or enlightened Yogini, but I try to learn, improve and connect each day, with the hope of meeting people I can practice my love of yoga with, along the way of this life long yoga journey. And so, do #joinmeonthemat.

200 hr yoga teacher training certified by Sally Parkes (Yoga Alliance UK).

About the lesson

Finding out what their goals are and then working on a personalised plan at their pace and rythm.

- Beginners, intermediate and experienced.

- Individuals aged 18yrs to 75yrs of age.

- With injuries (ex: back, knee, shoulders , etc)

Talk to the instructor about your goals, worries and interests .

Ski and Yoga retreat in the French Alps.
