About Lisa
With more than 20 years experience in mindfulness and wellness, I use real-life strategies to help you deal with real-life stress.
Often, we can't change the things that cause stress and anxiety in our lives, but we can learn to change our relationship to stress and anxiety.
I won't tell you to stop thinking or to "manage" your stress, rather I'll give you tools so that ineveitable stress has less of an impact on your life.
I'll help you be freer from stress and anxeity so that you can enjoy the people and things you love.
I love helping people make changes that stick. We are all so much stronger and more capable than we believe we are, so having a coach who believes in us can be life changing.
Often, we know what to do but could use a little help doing it. I provide that help in the form of a solid system, firm accountability and compassionate support. I believe in you.
I am an expereinced-200 hour yoga and meditation teacher through the Yoga Alliance (E-YRT 200) and a certified life and health coach through Health Coach Institute.
I have a bachelor's degree in actuarial science and logged nearly 15 years in corporate America.
I lived in the Middle East for 10 years.
I understand stress.
