About Cinda
I own Evolve Yoga and I am an E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500 as well as a Life Of A Yogi 800 hour teacher with Sri Dharma Mittra. I also run a Yoga Alliance 200 hour school. I am interested in teaching the benefits of yoga through posture, breath and other fundamentals of yoga, not just one aspect. I so strongly believe that the mind body and soul come together in this foundational practice to make each student the best version of themselves that they can be!
I work one on one with someone to address individual needs. I also do small groups and of course, I teach regular classes at my studio. My hope is that a private class will soon lead to a student feeling comfortable enough to integrate themselves into the studio classes.
As soon as I took my first class I knew that I wanted to learn everything I could about yoga so I could share it.
I have a 200 hour, 500 hour and 800 hour yoga training. I am also a Level 2 Reike healer.

I like to speak with new private students by phone or in person before we begin.
Absolutely every age, every challenge, every issue! I've taught thousands of classes and had thousands of students.
Make sure they are well schooled!
I'm always fond of when someone has a breakthrough on their mat, from getting into a new pose or deeper into an old one, or breaks out crying from releasing something perhaps from long ago, I love it all.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Yoga meets you where you are on your mat every time. Come with an open mind and ready to learn about yourself.
