About Kelli

I use the power and energy of yoga and essential oils to help my students get balanced. I believe we all hold on to the "stuff" physically in different areas. If we hold on to it for long enough the negative energy will cause disease. I focus on each students specific needs in my private yoga sessions to release what no longer serves them, and strengthen them physically, mentally and spiritually.

I LOVE serving and guiding people to healing and balance in their bodies, minds and spirits using yoga, meditation and essential oils.

I have practiced for over 7 years and just love the journey, and alwyas knew in my soul I was going to teach. I also LOVE putting together fun and different workouts, classes, and class series. I practice a series, class or workout on my own many times tweeking, praying and meditating over the sequence to make sure it is balanced and full of intention and love.

I am a 200 HRYTT, and have been teaching since 2017. I wrote my final thesis on Yoga for the Spine. I have since taken many continued education corses including Healing the Chakras, Reposturing for the Spine, Meditation for the Chakras and others.

I also continue to practice in studios, on my own at home, and online as much as I can.

About the lesson

Private Yoga sessions for new students usually start with assessing the students short term and long term all around wellness goals from sleep, to digestion, to chronic back pain to spiritual awareness. We then assess range of motion and mobility in the joints. I then work up a lesson plan that may include journaling, homework on the physical practice, etc.

I have worked with autistic adults, high school students, younger kids, adults and many others.

If you don't connect with your first teacher or class, please don't give up. TYpe a different style or teacher altogether, I promise you won't regret sticking with it. Just like most things in life.

I have a base price of $65 an hour, however, pricing may vary depending on details of each students lesson plan and what it all entails. Dicounts may be applied for 6 week commitments paid in full.
