I have enjoyed my classes with Lisa over the years. She has taught me yoga poses that help with my lower back issues. I can't wait to get back in the studio to continue my classes.
I enjoyed the general feeling of caring and listening as well as the knowledge of the instructors. Yoga Path is a great place.
