About Allie
I have practiced yoga since 2013 and have been certified to teach since 2020. My passion is to bring the same mental clarity and joy I find with my practice to as many people as I can. From splits and inversions to gentle flow and meditation, I look forward in helping you achieve all of your yogi goals. Namaste, friends.
I strive to be attentive and caring in all that I do and this translates to my teaching style. Minor hands-on adjustments and clear cues to ensure you can move through your flow with ease and no chance for injury.
After putting my gymnastics career behind me due to injuries, I was looking for something to keep me busy. I first found bikram yoga- which was challenging and exciting. After a year or so of that, I started taking yin and ashtanga classes which slowed down the practice and allowed me to focus on the entire mind, body and soul connection. I quickly found a passion in this and wanted to help others feel the same way. I sought my certification and began teaching shortly after.
I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and have an understanding of physical therapy as well as sports therapy which I can integrate within sessions as needed per client.

Allie was attentive in our session and helped relieve the lower back pain I have been dealing with from sitting in an office chair every day. She also taught me poses to do before bed to help alleviate the pain daily.
