About Maja

Thank you for your interest in booking some private yoga sessions.

I've been teaching hatha yoga since 2002 and love working with a variety of students; like professional athlet, very busy business people, and beginners or people with restrictions as well.

I'm really good at adapting to your needs.

I'm Swiss born and speak a variety of language, should this a plus for you, I'd be happy to accomodate this for you.

My base is Silver Lake with a small home studio near the Sunset Junction where I teach one-on-one clients and small groups.

I'm also happy to travel to your home or office and will bring anything we may need.

I'm an early riser and would be happy to get your day started with a morning practice if this fits your schedule.

My students much apprecitate my positive outlook on life, the fun and nurturing environment I create and most of all my hand-on adjustments I offer during the classes.

Please ask for references, I'm open to all questions that may arise.

I love interaction with people who partice yoga from all walks of life, at all ages. It's such a joy to be a faciliator who brings out the best in others and I have fun guiding my students to find back to the best from within.

I'm also working in the film business and love that yoga keeps me grounded and balanced.

I started teaching a different yoga studios, heath clubs, hotels and Coorperate offices.

I also organize and lead workshops & Retreats

I received my teacher training from Center for yoga in 2002 and have been teaching groups and private students at all levels every since then.

In 2018 I started my training to become a professional Meditation Coach at SuraCenter

I am an avid student of the teaching of Abraham- Hicks and create a fun and environment for all students

About the lesson

I'm asking questions about prior insuries and restrictions and together we find out what the students needs and expectations for the sessions are.

We see how we can synchronize our schedules and set up teh first session in person or online.

I work with a lot of busy business people, also with atlethes, celebrities and people with restrictions

Trust your instincts and find somebody that offers a service that is in line with your schedule and your needs.

For Mediation Coaching I have a few ProBono spots open for dedicated students, free of charge for 6 online session. Please ask to set up an interview.

More meditation group classes will to be announces as of March 2019

For Yoga

60min session is 100$ and a pre-paid package of 5 sessions is 400$ for the first person

every additional petson is 20$ extra

I will provide all mats and props
