I am passionate to empower people of any age through my healing teaching of energy concept yoga to bring them healthier body & brighter brain & happier heart ❤️

I have a Master certificate of Energy Qgong yoga .

i have a brain management training certificate. To help people be more focused and less chatter mind .

i have a master Healer course Certificate which I can help people to remove negetive feelings & pain through accupressure points .

i have a certified rekii Healer .

i am a yoga teacher , which I can help people to gain their own abilities to enhance their physics & mind and body connection .

I started teaching in a small studio in Ca . and seeing how much my students were appreciated and felt better made me wanted to expand more, I started teaching in a bigger gym & private classes .

I am certified life coach

Would like to know if they have any experience ?

I have worked with students from their 30's to seniors .

To always ask question & perhaps referrals.and don't be shy about be honest about what is your goal .

I was asked to teach a community of seniors , chair yoga& meditation & that was so rewording .
