About Shaina

I'm a yoga, movement and wellness educator. Movement has always played an important role in my life. I'm here to help you move and explore in a way that serves your health and happiness. We start where you are and design a progression that is sustainable and empowering for you and your goals.

Yoga should be accessible for anyone and everyone. I work with Seniors, anyone who is nervous about the concept of movement and people who want to feel more comfortable in their bodies. Whether it's a group class, private session or a corporate class you'll benefit from this practice.

Yoga was my education, my physical exercise, and my therapy during one of the most confusing and challenging times in my life. It still is.

About the lesson

Children ages 4 & up. Senior Citizens. People with limited mobility and injuries.
