Everyone has different needs, but we all do much better with a regular meditation practice. Our health and general stress reduction are better optimised with techniques and tools incorporated with meditation. We will start small and work up to a comfortable level of your particular practice. We connect by phone to establish times and a working relationship, then we will use a Zoom or Skype call to learn and practice together.
