I enjoy helping people make sense of their yoga practice (existing or not) and seeing the positive changes that come along with taking care of your mind and body.

I have always had a strong drive for psychology and mental health/awareness and being a life coach gives me the opportunity to work with you individually to help you navigate aspects of your life.

👋 I am Crystal Faron

Crystal has had a curiosity for yoga ever since she was 13 years old. Battling depression and anxiety at a young age, she turned to music and yoga to help her cope with everyday struggles and give structure to triumphs. In 2015, occasional practice transformed into a daily lifestyle, in honor of her late father. In 2017, she obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in Hawai’i through a therapeutic based yoga training program with Soma Yoga Institute.

Her Philosophy:

When asked about her yogic philosophy and passion, she says, “My love of yoga is truly boundless, followed very closely by my love of music. I believe wholeheartedly that yoga is truly for every BODY and that you can begin or continue your practice at any point in your life.” She also emphasizes daily that there is NO FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED to practice yoga!

Her Yoga Style:

Crystal is vivaciously passionate about music and the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. These passions are the driving forces for her concept of “Legato Yoga”, In her classes, you can expect a hand crafted playlist, a variety of yoga asanas, and a sense of community and inclusiveness. To her, it doesn’t matter if you started your practice today, or have been practicing for years, she invites you to share your practice with her and your community. She believes that the longer you practice, the closer you can get to uniting your mind, body and Self.

A Note From Crystal:

“In 2009, I reached a very low point in my life in regards to my physical and mental health. I was fortunate to have people in my life to help me out of that space and get me started with a lifestyle that was sustainable and healthy. I am now using my education in psychology and yoga to help others who are ready to make those changes for themselves. My ultimate goal is to help YOU take control of your lifestyle and give you the tools to face your challenges on and off the mat.”

200 hour E-RYT (certified yoga teacher)

About the lesson

We will have a 30 minute consultation to be sure we begin with as much information as possible. You will also need to sign a waiver.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners of yoga.

I had the honor of leading a guided meditation at Hart Park Rotary stage in Wauwatosa, Wi. It was so wonderful to bring people together for a little time to enjoy nature and create community.

Perfect! She was kind, flexible with scheduling, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience setting up yoga lessons for my Mom who is 89 and can no longer go to the health club for yoga like she has for the past 25 years due to the pandemic. Thank you Crystal.
