I enjoy sharing yoga with all the students that I work with. Additionally, I love seeing the reaction to the yoga practice while the students are in session and then the after effects of the yoga. Additionally, I am passionate about students being able to come to a place of peace and unity within themselves in this life. I hold space for those that need to slow down from the rigors of life and find a way to relax into a judgement free healing space. Come practice with me soon.

Started working at a gym, then moved on to working at a wellness and retreat center in Costa Rica, and then worked at a studio.

About the lesson

For Private One on One Sessions: New student intake form to find out what student’s needs are and then determine how we will work together. Flexible towards clients needs.

All different types from ages 2-75.

Keep practicing. Keep exploring each time you step onto the mat. Practice and all is coming...

I’m recently fond of teaching Yin and Aromatherapy classes.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Virtual classes are still accessible and as good as an in person class especially when in private session.
