About Katrina
I started doing yoga and aerial yoga back in 2009 when I had constant headache due to shoulder/neck pain from stress, work, pillow, etc. Since then I fell in love with it and became a teacher in 2013.
I've taught in Asia, and North America. I used to own my own studio in China as well. I've trained anyone from absolute beginners to aspiring teachers, which are equally fulfilling for me!
My goal is to help people become healthier (physical/mental) and happier. I want you to be able to still go hiking when you're 80!
I'm 500hr yoga alliance accreditated teacher. I can teach vinyasa, hatha, restorative, yin, aerial yoga. In additional I can also teach aerial hoop, aerial hammock, flexibility/mobility work. Basically anything to do with movement I will incorporate to my teacher. I will also try to add meditation and breath work into the class as well which helps you tune into your inner self to have calmer mind and better focus.

I usually would schedule a phone call with a new student first so that I can understand better his/her need to better cater to there goals.
My price also varies depending on travel distance from me.
I usually give 2 discounted trial class to give me a bit more time to understand your body capability and ability, in order to come up with a better class plan going forward. I will ask for feedback right after class and also a day or two later to see how you feel in order to adjust intensity or level for the next class.
I've worked with all typed of students from absolute begginers to seasoned practioners to aspiring teachers; from people who wants to relieve pain, or want to fine tune their craft. I've also worked with pregnant women and students who just want to get fit and have a good time.

She's fantastic, very intuitive about what your body needs. Never makes you feel bad or pushes you too hard, but then you have the added bonus of *feeling it* the next day, in a good way. I'd have a session every day if I could.
Friendly, precise instruction with great knowledge of how to modify for individuals and how to build up strength & balance. Keeps exercise fun and challenging for all levels.

My price ranges from $120-$160/hr, depending on how many students and also distance. I usually give a discounted trial price for 2 classes while I'm still getting to know your capability and ability.
