About Nil
I am certified Yoga and Mediation teacher since 2013. I hold 500 RTY. I have trained with most amazing teachers in NY. I hold two 200 hours teachers trainings, over 200 hour meditation certificates from ISHTA Yoga, Pure Yoga. I like to keep my classes for all level, teach with influence of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga.
I offer one-on-one yoga or group sessions for any age. I rent space for people who prefers studio. I have yoga in the park classes every Wednesdays and Saturdays in Central Park. I am flexible with date and times. Online trainings are also available who prefers.
I like to share with my passion of yoga and meditation with people and integrate it to their lives. I am inspired with human body, mind what it can create, grow and learn from each other. I am always in beginners mind that allows me to grow.
After having so many yoga classes and trainings I found my self teaching to my friends, family.

I start working with new students by asking their concerns, their goals, any injuries I can help with. The rest is their own journey.
I worked with students with different ages from kids to seniors. I have amazing students over 80's. I have seen different ages, beginners to advanced people walked in to my classes.
