Ora is one of the best yoga instructor I have met (and i have done yoga for a while). She is a natural. Her classes are a mix of Iyengar and Vinyasa practices, emphasing deep breathing and self awareness. She is in tune with each and everyone in the class and makes anyone feel welcome providing alternative poses to suit various levels and limitations. She is also a wonderful human being with a great sense of humor. Last and no least, her studio is the most beautiful and inspiring place to come to. I am so grateful to have met her.

The day after a yoga class with Ora, I feel focused and relaxed. That's when I know a class was great. Ora is constantly teaching me something new, whether it's an adjustment, or a kinder way to treat your body, or a tidbit of information, I leave a healthier and more informed person. I don't know what I would do without my weekend "re-charging" sessions with Ora!
