About Shoko

S3 = Suppleness, Stretching, Strengthening

Since I am a ballerina and also martial artists, I like to teach my clients what's really changed my body and awaken me. I have been doing pilates for past 20years, Mixed yoga for 14years, Gyrotonic and Gyrokenisis for 7years now almost every each single day.

Since every one's body is so different I like to work on privately with each client that I have.

I present from this 3 different forms that I am certified for. and giving each client different movement so that every each client that I work with will grow based on what kind of goal that you have and follow your path and clear vision based on that we manifest what kind of body you want to shift for it.

Beside I teach S3 class, I also teach basic ballet, sound bath, cosmic dance healing.

I am also certified DDS Machine healer. Which is I use DDS machine to my clients who has issues on body, cancer, injury etc. DDS Bio Electric Therapy reduces acidosis, treats malnutrition, bloating, pain, constipation, acid reflux, insomnia, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gout, uric acid, jaundice, increases the auto-immune system, increases bone density, alcholism and asthma etc.

So If you need to take care of your body and heal your body same time you want to workout and recreate your body healthy & strong and best condition as much as possible at the time of your life now, If anyone out there feels that way reach out to me.

To see my clients and students getting more closer to goals they had while back ago. every each time we grow and I am just there to guide them through.

Nothing more make me feel joy and happiest than to see them smiling and healthier and stronger.

Also through physical experiences that I am giving movements to them, they are learning how to deal with thier emotions and spiritual growth since mind and body works together all the times.

Also basically what I give to my clients is my secret training that I do it to my self every day. I created this S3 and I love it so much, this is why I love to share with people that are open minded and like to challenge deeper with themselves.

I started to teach ballet when I was age 13 in Japan. to help my ballet teacher.

I went to art school as a child. I have a solo seal award from Royal Academy of Dance. which is highest award you can recieve as ballet teacher. I had almost 20years of classical ballet training, life time of all kind of dance training, 7years of martial arts training, Gyrotonic, Gyrokenisis, Pilates, Mixed yoga teacher training. Also sound bath, cosmic dance healing and DDS bio theraphy as healing people's body - mind - soul.

About the lesson

First I will give them trial session. and If they like it we will make a program and schedule for based on your goal that you make. (If you don't have we just goes into basic steps of movements that I will give you and we will spend hour to take an action.)

Usually I ask my clients to come to my space but also I am open to visit their space as well If they have a space.

Just follow my direction and I will guide you through 1hour session by each class we plan.

and we go from there...

All kinds of students even who is blind or injury etc...

It was interactive, and I felt safe to open up about movement and dance with a group of like-minded strangers. I also liked the guided meditations with natural instruments and singing bowl. It was very pleasant when they rang the singing bowl on my stomach and I could feel the reverb all the way through my body!

Yes, since I am only giving private session or semi-private session. I charge $150 per hour. If you want to do semi-private then I charge $75 - $100 per person depend.
