We understand that finding time for YOU can be challenging. Our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your fitness goals through life balance that starts with the mind and ends with the body.

Our dance fitness instructors have been classically trained and/or hold certifications in their area of fitness.

About the lesson

All classes can be modified and are great for all ages and skill levels. Join any class as a new student and feel no pressure this “keep up”, its all about YOU!

I absolutely loved YOU. Fitness. The space is very intimate and tranquil. The “living wall” arrangement let me know I walked into the right place! The owners and instructors were so welcoming! I’d never been greeted like that at any “gym!” I attended the yoga class which was amazing. I was 14 weeks pregnant at the time and let my instructor,Lisa, know. She was so sweet and supportive, making sure I was ok during certain positions. I also stayed to watch the Afro Beats class; OMG. It was phenomenal. I wish I lived closer, I’d be there everyday! There are so many classes to choose from; Afro Beats, Sexy Heels, High Endurance Cardio, and belly dancing!! Working out should not feel like “work,” which is why many don’t do it. It should be fun and YOU fitness has mastered the “fun in fitness.” And they make it so easy to sign up. You can book your classes online and at the door, if you choose. The classes are just the right size, so you never feel “lost in the crowd.” Please be sure for support this local Gem, you will not be disappointed!

The staff are excellent!! They are personable and made me feel VERY comfortable with working out. I feel good AND encouraged whenever I’m there. The best part is it is sooo much fun. The classes are filled with people different sizes, ages, goals, and backgrounds. I look forward to going every time. It’s my escape during a hectic week.
