About
I have a deep passion and love for yoga and want to share that knowledge and connection with you!
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, I design my classes with a variety of modifications so that you can get the most out of your practice however you land on your mat that day. My goal is to guide you through a series of mindful movements and breath-work to help you connect deeper to your mind, body, and spirit. I love creating a personalized experience for someone, while also making it a fun space for you to thrive!
