About Elicia
Hi there! I developed a passion for yoga 3 years ago, when it helped me overcome my struggle with anxiety and depression. I now teach yoga asana practice, as well as mediation and discuss yoga philosophies. I've completed my 200hr YTT through the Online Yoga School, and am here to help you wherever you may be on your journey!
I enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel better about themselves, wherever they are in life.
I am a 200hr YTT certification from the Online Yoga School. I also have a certification in business for this particular subject. I studied with the IAWP for a wellness coaching certification, but changed my passion and did not complete that cert.

Elicia loves to help people achieve their goals. When I started to have panic attacks recently, she knew exactly what to say and was very understanding of the situation. Seeing my progress was like a success to her too. She is very down to Earth and can make some jokes with her witty attitude, which I will always appreciate about her.
I just love her. She is great with meditation. She has a soothing voice and you can relax with her technics.
