About Janelle

I am an E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) 200 Yoga Teacher, with additional certifications in kids yoga and SUP (stand up paddle board) yoga. I have experience with Thai Yoga Massage/Body work, and will have completed my training by November 2018. For more information, visit my website: (concealed information)

Yoga completely changed my life, and after seeing myself heal from my own practice, I knew I had to share this with others so I decided to take a training. There’s nothing I love more than helping others create a holistic yoga lifestyle for themselves.

200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance

C.E. 30 Certified Childrens Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance

CPR/AED Certified through American Red Cross

About the lesson

I want to get to know what they are wanting most out of each session. That way, I can make sure that each session is catered to their exact needs/desires.

All types! Anywhere from never done yoga and cant touch my toes, to advanced yoga pracitioners. I have also worked with students with physical ailments, i.e. Kyphosis, and built each class specifically to work with that.

Go with whoever feels right :)
