About Siobahn

Currently working with TYL Relax as a yoga instructor. I make the time to find out the specific needs or goals of our clients first to formulate a specific fitness plan to maximize the benefits my clients receive. I specialize in guided breath work and meditation to reduce everyday stress, as well as physical asana therapy to aid in injury or generalized health concerns. If you have specific needs, please let me know so I can tailor the practice just for you!

I started practicing yoga when I turned 30. After 5 years of practice, I wanted to take things to the next level. Being able to share the practice of yoga with others is incredibly fulfilling! Seeing my clients reap the benefits of a well rounded practice is so satisfying!

RYT 200 certification through Yoga Alliance, teacher training performed at Yoga Pura. I have experience in a small class setting which allows me to have a more personal approach.

About the lesson

-Assess the client's skill level; just let me know where you're at! I've been working with a lot of client's that are new to yoga. No yoga experience is necessary!

-Short health inquiry; is there anything that you would like me to know about YOU? Anything and everything is important! I'm able to address anything from stress and anxiety to physical injury or disease.

-Client goals; what are your expectations? Are you working toward a specific goal? Keep in mind this goal could be feeling better in general!

Everyone, young and old, beginner and more advanced, out of shape and in shape. I love everyone!

Standard classes are available through TYLRELAX.com. $15 per 1 hour class, Thursday at 4 PM or Saturday 10 AM. Online registration is now mandatory for these classes. $15 monthly unlimited online subscriptions are available. Private sessions are available $45 per hour.
