About Jennifer
Therapeutic Yoga Instruction is curated yoga, meditation and mindfulness personalized for you. With more the nine years of experience teaching students of every age and ability I am able to meet you where you are; physically, mentally and holistically.
I began teaching yoga as a way to guarantee I do my own practice everyday. My health depends on it!
i am a trained Yin Yoga Instructor, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and Structural Yoga Therapist. I’m also a Medical Massage Therapist with years of experience working under a Physical Therapist.

I always check in with students to find out what they want to work on and how they are feeling. It’s important to treat each session as a new opportunity and honor where they’re at every time.
I work with Martial Artists, secretaries, medically sensitive veterans, active seniors, mothers & babies, athletes and yogis.
Know that no teacher is smarter then your body. If something feels like itching, stabbing or burning then stop even if a teacher wants you to “push through it.” That’s pain. Since no two bodies are alike, don’t expect to look or feel the same way as anyone else. Trust yourself first.
A student with MS recently told me that her doctor says she has actually been improving since she started yoga with me five years ago! She often tells me how confident and relaxed she feels after class. It’s nice to gave that echoed by her physician.
