Sophia is a solid and extremely knowledgeable Ayurvedic practitioner and Massage Therapist. Her unique presence and teaching style has helped me integrate practices that have made a major difference in my every day life. Attending a mother's day art and yoga workshop she hosted in 2018 was simply enlightening for both my mom and me.
I highly recommend Sophia's classes and workshops to anyone, whether they've never heard of Ayurveda, they have some interest to learn more, or anyone seeking a path to knowing themselves more deeply.Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
