About Alina
I have been teaching meditation and habit perspective for over 5 years. Using my degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, as well as my certifications, I have been able to help those looking to develope more of themselves and their goals through meditation, yoga, and talk therapy!
I love my work becasue I am allowed the oppiortunity to help those ready to dive into their best self. In teaching people to dig deep and inspire themselves, they are allowed to become empowered, grow and evolve into the person they are, into their best self. From teenagers to those who have grown wise living on this Earth, recognizing that we are all in this together is something special to be learned through life experiences, as well as the lack of experience. Giving people the opportunity to become one with theirself and their community has been a passion throughout my life.
I began teaching in my undergraduate program as an Integrative teaching assistant, taking small groups and learning mindfulness and meditation practice techniques to help develop the mind, body, and spirit.
Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (Studied in Rishikesh, India; yoga capital of the world)
B.A. in Psychology

I've worked with people from ages 17-58, both men and women.

All sessions include instruction, materials and tools to further development, as well as open communication on how we can make steps forward constantly in each clients journey.
***Single Session
In person (I travel to you) $70 for 60min
In person (you travel to me) $50 for 60 min
Online $40 for 45min $55 for 60min
***Multi Session 2 times a week (per session)
In person (I travel to you) $50 for 60min
In person (you travel to me) $40 for 60 min
Online $30 for 45min $40 for 60min
***If it's more than 3 times a week we can work on pricing.
