About
Hi, I’m Ciara. I’m a yoga and meditation guide who believes these practices are not about perfection, performance, or flexibility—but about coming home to yourself. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and nervous system regulation, and I approach teaching as a shared human experience rather than a hierarchy.
What It’s Like Working With Me
Working with me feels supportive, safe, and non-judgmental. I create spaces where you’re encouraged to listen to your body, honor your pace, and trust your inner wisdom. My classes blend gentle structure with intuitive flow, and I offer clear guidance while always leaving room for personal choice. You’ll never be pushed—only invited.
I weave mindfulness, breathwork, and subtle spiritual insight into classes in a way that’s accessible and grounded. Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or deep in your practice, you’ll feel seen, respected, and met exactly where you are.
Why I’ll Do an Excellent Job
I teach from lived experience. Yoga and meditation have supported me through healing, sobriety, emotional growth, and major life transitions, and I bring that depth of understanding into every class. I’m deeply attuned to energy in the room and skilled at adjusting in real time to meet the needs of students.
My intention is always to help people feel more regulated, empowered, and connected—to themselves and to life. I take this work seriously, show up prepared and present, and hold space with integrity and care. When students leave my classes, they don’t just feel stretched—they feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in themselves.
