About Theresa
Hi, I’m Theresa. Welcome to my virtual yoga studio :)
My classes mesh many yoga styles accessible to all students. I genuinely want to connect with you and better understand your goals. First time on the mat? Great! Years of practice? Cool!.
I am a bit of an antomy nerd and it shows. What is more interesting than a better understanding your magical body? No quizzes, but I do pepper my classes with anatomy tidbits.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, I've gained skills in designing exercise protocols for rehabilitation that are safe. I offer inventive options to keep yoga fun and functional.
If it isn't fun, we are unlikey to continue.

Teaching Yoga is my dharma. There is nothing better than to connect with a student and see them attain things they never believed possible. I offer insights into the physical and spiritual aspects of a yoga practice, which is extremely satisifying.
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Yoga practioner for 20 years and Yoga Instructor for 8 years.

It's necessary to have a little chat - because - it really depends. I need to understand learning styles, interests, goals, past or current injuries. There are so many flavors of yoga; I'm skilled in teaching many styles and contra-indications/modifications. Each client is unique and deserves said consideration.
