About Jennifer
Jenni has spent the past 10 years diving into the journey of natural wellness, taking courses and teacher trainings all over the world. Her vision is to pass on the knowledge and insights that she has learned to assist others in finding the internal peace through mind and body. She believes that yoga is for everyone, young and old, stiff and flexible, and emphasizes the uniqueness of each person, creating a yoga or meditation plan that is specific to your lifestyle and needs. She teaches movements that are safe and effective for your particular body, and techniques that reduce stress and turn on the parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for "rest and digest". It is important to her to have open communication and listen to your needs for a well-rounded class, leaving you feeling refreshed, connected and rejuvenated!
Every single bit of it! Yoga and meditation has completely transformed my life, and I love seeing other's joy when they begin to feel the openness and changes within themselves.
I have been a long time student of yoga and meditation. Friends and family began asking for me to teach them, and then I wanted to deepen my knowledge for myself and others by going to training. I have a passion for holistic healing, and over the past 5 years, have traveled around the world gaining new skills and insights. I am grateful to share with you the knowledge that was gifted to me.

Every body and mind is unique, and all classes are tailored for you to get exactly what you need out of it! We will speak on the phone a few days before meeting for our first class to discuss any injuries you've had, what your physical and mental goals are, and areas you would like to focus on. I'll create a plan for you, and during every session, we keep an open dialogue about how your body is feeling and responding to the work.
All ages from 9 to 80, and all levels from beginner to advanced.
Choose a teacher who really listens to you, and makes a class for you based on your uniqueness. Everyone holds tension in different ways, has different strengths and weaknesses, holds different jobs that require specific demands. Yoga and meditation with therefore look different for everybody. There is no "one size fits all". Find a teacher who encourages your uniqueness to shine!
The most joy I receive is when a student begins to notice the changes happening within them from our sessions. Working with older students who before were worried about falling, then from yoga realizing they feel stable, strong and can even balance on one foot with an eye closed! I want people to feel happy and safe in their body, and it in turn brings calmness to the mind!
