About Hillary

I offer private yoga either at your home or at my gym in the Castro.

I teach all levels of yoga, from beginners to advanced practitioners. I create classes that meet your goals weather it’s a dynamic fast-paced class that challenges you physically, or a more relaxed class that allows you to gain mental clarity.

I received my 200-hour yoga certification in 2016 in Costa Rica. I’ve taught at several studios in Denver and San Francisco, currently working full-time teaching 16 classes a week.

Ive been practicing yoga for 10 years. After several years working in marketing I decided to leave corporate life and pursue my passion of teaching yoga.

I received my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2016.

About the lesson

All new students receive a complimentary 15 minute “meet and greet” session to go over goals for your practice, questions, and concerns.

I will tailer your practice to your needs, working around your goals, injuries, etc.

All levels, ages, genders, and backgrounds. From beginners to advanced yogi's. I can create a class that works for you.

Meet with them first. Someone could have an impressive resume but if you don't vibe with the teacher then you can't get deep into the practice.

I love attending festivals. One of my favorites is the Envision Festival that takes place every year in Costa Rica. People gather from all over the world to practice yoga, listen to music, and create art.
