I like to work with clients not just to help them with their body but to help them change their lives by working on their inner self. I have completed several ceritifications like RYT, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Relaxation therapist, Gravity yoga Instructor, Holistic Nutritional Weight Loss coach.. just to name a few.

If you want to transform your body, mind and life and need someone to motivate you and guide you through the process to become a better version of youself then you are in the right place.
