About Gina
I am an experienced and skilled yoga teacher passionate about guiding others in connecting with their body, making an ally out of their mind, and living in harmony with their soul. I believe that yoga is for everyone and am excited about helping others unlock their limitless potential through this practice.
I love witnessing the joy that exists when someone feels alive and healthy in their body. We get one vehicle to travel this life in (the body) and with optimal fuel (the breath) we can explore many different spaces and places.
I grew up dancing and was always inspired and captivated by movement. I found yoga when I went to college and instantly knew that it would become a way of life for me. I completed my first 200 hour teacher training in 2009 and began teaching right away. I fell in love with teaching studio classes, and soon expanded to private lessons and teaching in the office space. A few years in to my teaching career I completed a 300 hour training progam and soon after wrote my own 200 hour yoga teacher training program and began training teachers. I also lead yoga retreats, workshops and immersion programs.
I have over 700 hours of training in yoga and over 8,000 hours of teaching. I strive to keep my skill set sharp and current and am forever a student of this magical and powerful practice.

We will discuss goals and intentions for beginning or resuming a yoga pracgtice, intake about your history, and create a plan of action for achieving your best and highest potential.
I have worked with all kinds of students. Beginners - brand new to the practice, athletes, people healing from various injuries, and advanced practioners.
Choose a teacher that you vibe and connect with. Yoga should be empowering, find a teacher that will support you on your quest, whatever it may be!

I’ve taken private lessons from Gina for over a year now. Back then I was having issues with my low back and I also wanted to improve my posture so a friend of mine recommended yoga. Gina has not only helped me open up my body and improve my posture but her weekly lessons also help me sleep better and feel better. She also has a great yoga philosophy on life and I consider her a teacher in many ways.
Gina is hands down the best teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Her clear instruction and creative flows kept me excited and engaged for three years in Chicago. Anyway, all I’m trying to say is Gina is the best.
