About Alisa
Namaste!
I am a yoga teacher from Russia now based in Santa Clara.
I started my yoga journey back in 2013 when I decided to try yoga in one of St. Petersburg schools. I loved it, and it brought me further into exploring yoga philosophy, nutrition, anatomy and physiology of asanas. In 2016, I received an instructor certificate from the Art of Living School in Bangalore, India (Yoga Alliance 200 hrs), and carried on teaching in St. Petersburg yoga clubs and businesses.
In my classes I teach effective yoga asanas that are accessible to everyone regardless of age and/or experience. I adjust the class level to your needs and preferences. We also do simple pranayamas and meditations.
With regular practice, you will definitely feel stronger, calmer and in more control of your emotions. Your flexibility will increase substantially, and your joints will be grateful for regular attention to them.
