About Robyn
We offer a safe, comfortable, warm environment incorporating a very personable practice. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, creating a strong, healing, replenishing, and well balanced, conscious experience at the deepest level.
*Private lessons are offered to beginners if interested.
I have been practicing since 2015 and teaching since 2018. I received my 200 RYT in St. Louis, and my 500 RYT in Maui, Hawaii.
I do feel like I have a different perspective from studying abroad, and therfore able to offer a very unique in depth class.
I enjoy connecting with, and guiding every student into the very best version of themselves. I love watching students evolve physically, mentally and emotionally. It is my great honor to share this practice. 🙏

I like to give them an individual class if interested, otherwise start them in my beginners yoga class. Always taking more time with clients.
I have worked with all types and all ages. I can accommodate all levels of practice with options and variations so all are able to participate.
i would have them look at their credentials, their studio, ask for references, and see if it feels like the right fit for them.

Make sure you let them know of any ailments or concerns they may have. Be honest about any worries they have about practicing yoga. Also any health history the teacher should know about, physically or otherwise.
