About Aisling
Aisling (pronounced Ash-leen) is a college freshman, but don't let her age fool you-- she is an old soul inside and out! Being a dancer for 15 years, Aisling found yoga over 4 years ago as a way to develop flexibility and reduce the stress of high school life, but yoga grew to be so much more.
Aisling began her teaching career as a dance instructor at age 14, teaching children from ages 3-14 in multiple subjects. She has experience teaching both private and group classes. She directed a summer dance program for two summers in Boston, MA, where she oversaw and taught students in a variety of subjects.
Aisling is also a 200-hour yoga instructor. She recieved her certification through Starr Yoga in Roslindale, MA. She has experience in both private and group classes, teaching vinyasa, restorative, slow flow, and meditation.

I am a teacher at heart. I've been teaching for over four years, and I am now currently studying Education.
The most important aspect of my job is being able to watch my students grow. It's so rewarding and it warms my heart.
