About Spiridoula
I have 17 years of experience teaching in public schools as well as a master's degree in teaching art. I love teaching. It's what I do!
As for yoga, I've been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for 10. I have a 500hr certificate, with a specialty in therapeutic yoga. I love working with students of all ages, needs, and abilities.
I also love teaching meditation and mindfulness. I've even created mindfulness-based art workshops as a way of combining my favorite things! Maybe you can try a workshop sometime!
I love helping people discover what they're capable of, whether it's creativity, personal development, or health. Self care, self healing, and self love are my inspiration.
