About Debbie
I work with middle age women to help them on the path to a healthy life through yoga, nutrition, meditation, and barre.
In 2011 I found myself overweight and tired all the time and diets were not working. I also found that I had more time to devote to myself since the kids were grown. I used whole foods & yoga to get me on the right path.
I believe we have a purpose in life and its our duty to take carenof ourselves sonwe can fulfill that purpose. Our bodies and our lives are fifts from God and we should treat them as such.
Over the course of the years I have studied many holistic modalities, essential oils, various yoga styles, and recently became certified in barre.
My students range from 30-80. I offer classes for chairbyoga , senior barre, slow flowing yoga, beginners barre, and yin.
I also offer workshops.

Yoga lessons offered by Debbie are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Ste. Genevieve. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
