About Pam

I am willing to come to you. I will give you private Yoga Instruction, Personal Training Session or a balanced combination. I will work with you at YOUR level and YOUR pace, with kindness, patience and encouragement. I want to make your chosen exercise program accessible and enjoyable.

If you have a provided space such as a clubhouse or large room I will be happy to lead a group class.

I began teaching when I lived in Tennessee, I had just retired and earned my Certificate from ACE. I taught small group classes at the Moose Lodge, where I was an active member.

Education-ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2011

ACE Certified Health Coach since 2012

ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor Since 2018

Yoga Instructor 200 RYT

I have facilitated small group fitness classes in a community setting, taught yoga in a studio setting and community setting. Teach one on one in my home,

About the lesson

I like to find out the students goals. I want to know what their ablilities are at this point, so that I can work with them at their level. I want to learn what motivates them, their likes and dislikes. Each student is unique and I want to work with them as an individual.

Currently, I substitute for a friend of mine who teaches “Yoga then Beer” at a local Beer House. I have a very diverse class?that varies in age, experience and abilities.

I also have a private student that comes to my house.

I have experience working with older adults that just want to move and improve their fitness level.

Find someone that is going to help you meet YOUR GOALS! Find someone that you are going to enjoy working with, this is your time that you are paying for and it really is all about you!

My Yoga student came to my house for her lesson, not sure if she wanted to come because of her busy schedule. However, to her credit, she managed to keep her appointment. After the lesson, she expressed to me that she was very glad that she made it and that she felt so much better leaving than when she arrived.

Helping people to feel better, emotionally and physically, is why I wish to do this.

Price depends on number of lessons. I am willing to give a single lesson. However, to achieve results, It is better to have multiple sessions over time. My price is determine by sessions bought. I am willing to meet with the client to 1. Determine if we are a good fit for each other.
