About Cristina
I offer private virtual sessions in Mindfulness, Meditation, Gentle Yoga and Qi Gong.
I have been practicing Yoga since childhood, and started practicing Qi Gong and Meditation in 2013.
I hold a Masters of Arts in Teaching, am a Registered Yoga Teacher, and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher. I look forward to advancing my training with my goal of becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist.
I am confident working with all ages.

Cristina is calm, professional, and cheerful. She is great with kids and adults. My kids and I love learning from her. Cristina is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is very kind and patient, making students feel at ease. Cristina's deep knowledge about anatomy enables her to better explain to students how they can enhance their practice.
