About Livit Well Adaptive
Livit Well Adaptive Yoga is all about adapting bodywork to the specific individual.

Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind. The path to this state of quiet acceptance is different for everyone.
Working with Veterans, amputees and in substance abuse/mental health has allowed me to identify and embrace the human condition as a basis for healing.
