About Kendall

I am a certified Yoga Alliance Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga teacher, as well as a SOMA breathwork certified facilitator. I've used my certifications to deepen my own personal practice, and to teach others the tools to deepen their own practice. I have worked with individuals of all walks of life, and recently co-hosted a women's retreat, facilitating yoga and breathwork! I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, where I learned intricately about Anatomy & Biology of the Human body. I have many many years in customer service, and am confident we can get along & work together.

About the lesson

When taking a yoga lesson with me, you will learn the correct anatomical alignment in each pose before anything else - this will prevent injury and promote strength. After seriousness, comes play and balance, where I encourage you to intuitively step into your body while moving through each asana with the breath, focusing on strengthening the body and mind, opening space. I will always add in a breathwork or pranayama practice and a short meditation, to leave you feeling nourished and whole, just as you already are. This lesson can be taken by anyone, adjusted to your needs - age, gender, and level of practice does not matter! You can start now, as you are!
