Yoga helped me slow down and reconnect with myself after years of rushing through life. Now, I teach because I want to offer that same experience to others, a safe space to move gently, breathe deeply, and rediscover what it feels like to feel present in your own body. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, my goal is to meet you where you are and make the practice feel truly yours.
