About Megan
My passion for sharing the practice of yoga is deeply personal. After navigating chronic pain firsthand, I know the transformative power of yoga in restoring both mental and physical peace.
Since receiving my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, I have dedicated myself to helping clients relieve discomfort, build sustainable strength, and foster mindfulness.
Alongside dynamic and restorative practices, I hold specialized training in Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health and pain relief. Currently, I am studying accessible yoga practices to help clients improve functional movement for everyday life.
