Rahima Mam is a most knowledgeable & enthusiastic trainer I've come across. She has a great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really motivational and informative course. She takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself. The program is tailored to your goals and includes a mix of physical training, Mental training & diet. She keeps track of the progress (yes, you have to take pics of your food ).The best coach to work with, I’ve been training from 3 months now and never felt better.
