About Armita
I have been practicing for over 12 years and have been teaching for 3 years.
I obtained my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate.
I have done different type of sports, however when I started doing Yoga, all my life changed in the best way. I thought Yoga is not Sports, it is life, breathing, living in every second of life.
I have taught many beginners from scratch to develop a yoga practice with a strong, safe and effective foundation. I have also helped many intermediates and advanced improve their practice by offering further insight towards alignment and modifications to help them reach their goals.
I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, Sivananda, and Ashtanga as well as breathwork and meditation.
I am also a certified International Swimming Instructor and certified Lifeguard.

Methodology
I will work closely with you to understand what type of class and movement will be best suited to your needs. Classes might include Asana (poses), Pranayama (breath-work) and/or meditation.
I help you develop a safe yoga practice at home confidently. We will cover common yoga postures or asanas, meditation and mindfulness so you can you feel great in your body and mind after each session.
All you need is your mat.
